What we process

The institution or desk name, the brokerages you work with, your data feed and your contact details (a phone number or an email address) that you enter in a private access request. We also record the time of the request, your browser details and a one-way digest derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.

When you sign in with a license key, the key is verified and signed links, valid for 10 minutes, are created for your license’s installers. When you download an installer, the time of the download and the same IP digest are recorded with your license.

Why we process it

To review your request, contact you and plan the installation. This processing is directly related to entering into a contract and rests on Article 5(2)(c) of the Law. Technical records kept to prevent misuse of the form and of license verification rest on the legitimate interest in Article 5(2)(f).

Who we share it with

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. The site and its records are hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside Turkey.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept for at most two years and deleted when that period ends. If an installation contract is signed, the related records are kept for the term of the contract and for the legally required retention periods.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and does not track your visit. The theme you choose is stored only in your own browser.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it was transferred to and object to its processing. Send your request to kvkk@kuantor.com.tr; you will receive an answer within 30 days.
